REFUND POLICY

At Vergenerd, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 4 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item is not excluded from return (see Section 6).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must provide clear photos as proof when requesting a refund.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

    • Email us at info@vergenerd.com within 4 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

  2. Return Authorization

    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.

    • Unauthorized returns or items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

    • Send it to the return address provided in the return authorization.

    • Use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number.

  4. Processing the Refund

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Vergenerd error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

 

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • If your return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

 

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Digital products & software (once downloaded or activated).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., headphones, wearables, personal care items).

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards & store credit.

 

6. Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange for the same product at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

 

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and request a return.

 

8. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Contact the courier with your tracking number for further information.

  • If the issue is unresolved, contact info@vergenerd.com, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Please note: Vergenerd is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
