  • Which countries does Vergenerd ship to?

    Shipping charges cover: Secure packaging (e.g., cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, inner protection) Transportation costs Insurance Customs clearance at origin
  • Are customs fees included for international orders?
    No, for shipments outside the EU or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are not included in the shipping costs. These charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. If the recipient refuses the package, they are still responsible for any associated import costs.
  • Can I modify my order after placing it?
    If you need to change shipping details, modifications may be possible only if the order has not been processed yet. To request changes, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, the only option is to cancel and reorder.
  • How can I cancel an order?
    If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team. However, due to our fast processing system, cancellation may only be possible within a short timeframe. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • What should I do when receiving a shipment?
    All packages leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon delivery: Check the number of packages received against those shipped. Inspect the package for any visible signs of damage (e.g., dents, holes, torn packaging). If damage is found, note "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" on the courier’s delivery receipt (paper or digital). If damage is reported after delivery without prior notice, claims may not be accepted. Following these steps helps ensure that any shipping-related issues can be resolved efficiently.

More affordable but with limited tracking options. No confirmation of receipt, which may lead to delivery disputes. 2. Tracked Shipping (With Signature Confirmation) Signature required upon delivery. Includes full tracking details. Ensures higher security and minimizes disputes. 3. Pallet Shipping Designed for large or heavy orders. Requires an accessible delivery area for unloading. May require additional handling equipment upon receipt. Vergenerd works with trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Other International Destinations: 5-7 business days

  • We ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, but these locations require customs clearance, which may result in additional processing time and fees.
